AZ Foundation USA is a registered nonprofit organization operating with the mission to uplift underserved communities through healthcare, education, and social welfare. Our organization is officially registered in the United States and works in partnership with AZ Foundation Trust Karachi, Pakistan, ensuring transparency, accountability, and long-term humanitarian impact.
Together, our U.S. and Pakistan teams collaborate to develop healthcare programs, community support initiatives, and charitable medical clinics serving low-income families across the region.
The roots of AZ Foundation trace back to 1981, when a passionate group of students from the Dow Medical College (DMC) Student Union united with a shared vision to serve humanity under the early leadership of Dr. Kazi Uzair.
After decades of professional growth, the original DMC group reunited in 2020 to officially form the AZ Foundation, a charitable organization committed to healthcare access and community development.
In 2023–2024, the foundation launched the Dr. Kazi Uzair Neurology Clinic, offering free and subsidized treatment for neurological patients.
In 2024, the Dr. Raghid Farooqi Clinic was inaugurated, further expanding medical services for underserved communities.
The foundation is now working on a 6-storey charitable hospital (2025–2026+) to serve thousands of families with affordable and accessible healthcare.
