AZ Foundation Trust, Karachi

Sister Organization of AZ Foundation USA

AZ Foundation Trust is the sister organization of AZ Foundation USA, established to own, manage and operate medical clinics and healthcare centers in alignment with the vision and mission of AZ Foundation USA.

Currently, the Trust manages and operates the Dr. Kazi Uzair Free Neurology Center and the Dr. Raghid Farooqi Memorial Internal Medicine Clinic in Karachi, providing essential medical services to underserved communities.

In 2025, the Trust acquired a 2,000-square-yard amenity plot in Ahsanabad, Karachi, for the development of the first Dr. Kazi Uzair Neurology Hospital. Planning and execution are underway, with a targeted inauguration in 2027.

The Trust is led and managed by Mr. Zaheer.

Established in 2015, Hyderabad Foundation USA, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization incorporated in the State of Delaware. The Foundation supports charitable initiatives in Pakistan through fundraising efforts in the United States.

Hyderabad Foundation USA partners with AZ Foundation to support fundraising for medical centers and clinics in Pakistan and to help sustain operational expenses through long-term endowments.
